Hi, I’m Shaylee! Midwest mama to one human babe, one goofy pup, and one sassy kitty. Most days I’m balancing working in hospitality and vacation rentals while soaking up motherhood (aka living in chaos! but the best kind).

My love for babywearing started long before I became a mom. As the eldest of eight kids, I learned how to babywear at just 12 years old. Naturally, I couldn’t wait for the day I would get to wear my own little one. When Mathias Jr. was born in 2024, that dream became a reality, and I quickly fell in love all over again with the closeness and comfort of babywearing.

As a certified Babywearing Consultant through the Center for Babywearing studies, babywearing, to me, is more than just convenience. It empowers parents in a way no other baby item truly can, not car seats or strollers, not even blankets or binkies…

A wrap or carrier gives your littles and yourself a deep sense of comfort, connection, and freedom all at once. Strong families are built on strong bonds, and when parents feel supported, communities thrive!
